11 AM Update

It's amazing what happens overnight. There's a new disturbance over the Florida panhandle. Tropical storm Ana is tracking further south away from South Florida. Tropical Storm Bill is expected to reach hurricane strength winds (110+ MPH Category 3) by Wednesday. At the moment, his projected path is too broad to know where he'll make landfall.
